- other land transport of passengers:
- regular bus transport, long-distance;
- charter rides, excursions and other occasional transportation services;
- transportation of assets within the airport;
- operation of cable cars, chairlifts, ski lifts and cable cars if they are not part of the city or suburban transit system.
This class also includes:
- transport by school buses and buses for transporting workers to work;
- transportation of passengers by vehicles using human or animal power (rickshaws or carts);
This class excludes:
- transportation by emergency medical aid vehicles, see 86.90.

Service description:
a) The Company offers transportation services to Passengers using its fleet of vehicles.
b) The services may include pick-up and drop-off at designated locations, point-to-point transfers, or other services as agreed upon.
Booking and payment:
Passengers must make a booking in advance through the Company’s designated channels, such as a website, mobile application, or customer service hotline.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, and the number of passengers.
Payment for services is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon. The Company may require pre-payment or a deposit.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability or safety concerns.
Privacy and Data Protection
The Company will collect and process Passengers’ personal information for the purpose of providing transportation services. The Company will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Updated terms will be posted on the Company’s website or communicated through other appropriate channels. Passengers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
By using the services provided by the Company, Passengers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
