In the case of cancellation of transfer within 72 hours before the transfer started, company will NOT return the amount paid.
In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the transfer started , the paid amount would be returned, but the transmission costs bear the client, not the company.
If the reservation is made within 5 days before start of transfer, and there is a cancellation, the amount paid is not refundable.
If a customer doesn’t come to the scheduled meeting (no-show) because of delay of his plain / train / boat / bus, and did not report the arrival to our administrators, the amount paid will not be refunded. If he reports non-attendance, and wants to change the time of transfer, he can arrange that with our administrator without additional compensation.
Company’s Responsibilities:
The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide transportation services as agreed upon. However, the Company does not guarantee the availability of specific vehicles or routes.
The Company reserves the right to subcontract its services to a third party if necessary.
The Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and comfort of Passengers during the journey.
Liability and Insurance policy:
The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from factors beyond its control, including traffic conditions, accidents, or force majeure events.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during transportation.
The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage in compliance with applicable laws. However, Passengers are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage for personal injuries or property damage.
The carrier can not guarantee exact duration of the transfer. All data on the duration of transfers are approximate. Clients who can continue to travel by other means of transport should leave enough time between the end of the transfer and the departure of another vehicle.
