We know that sometimes unexpected things happen. This is the reason why we answer on your most frequent asked questions related to transfers:
Can I cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your changes and cancellation.
Unfortunately, if the cancellation or change in the transfer is at short notice we may not be able to assist – however, we will always try to do our best.
If sufficient notice is not provided we may still charge you part or the full amount of your booking.
What does the price include?
Your transfer includes all costs associated with the transfer. This means any freeway tolls, fuel etc are included. The price also includes the transport of your luggage. The price we quote you includes all your costs so there will be no surprise expenses.
Where will the Driver wait at the airport?
Our Driver will greet you in the airport Arrivals Hall, unless otherwise agreed, holding a sign with your name on it. That way you can easily find us!
What happens in the case of a delay?
Our Driver’s monitor the inbound flights and any schedule changes so we will be aware of any delays. In most cases we will still be able to provide you with the transfer service. If you know there will be a delay from the departure destination please contact us so we can make any necessary changes.
